ONE OFF

Our plans for Bell Cros to grow as a wine producer involve trying different wines and styles. We release limited editions of the wines that we like and believe in. The wines might be made of grapes we normally don’t use, alternative methods of vinification, using grapes from new areas etc. We decided to call this special line “ONE OFF”, something you only do once. If it is well received, we may make it again or include it in our regular Bell Cros range.

ONE OFF #1 2018 / 2019

This first wine in the “ONE OFF” limited edition is # 1. This is Bell Cros’ first natural and vegan wine, made from 100 % organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon. It was wild-fermented using native yeasts, with no sulfites added and without clarification or filtration.

TASTING NOTES Medium reddish blue colors. On the nose notes of licorice, floral and fresh red fruits. On the palate fresh and juicy.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS White meat, charcuterie, salads (w/o vinegar), pasta, rice, fish, sushi. Serve at a temperature of 14°C.
