This is how happy one can get (Peter, owner of Bell Cros) when things are going well – now we hope for seven new years filled with tailwinds

From Headwinds to Tailwinds. Since our start in 2017, we have faced several challenging years. Drought and significantly reduced harvests, the effects of the pandemic, and rising costs due to the war in Ukraine have all affected both the economy and wine consumption. After seven difficult years, however, we finally experienced a breakthrough: 2025 became a very positive year on many levels.
Sales continued to grow, both here in Spain and through new international partnerships. This year’s harvest was the largest and most promising to date, both in quantity and quality, filling our cellar with a vintage we are excited about.
In 2025 we also launched ONE OFF #7 (Blanc de Noir) and ONE OFF #8 (Vermouth), two products we are truly proud of and that have been warmly received.

Encouraged by these results, we plan in 2026 to relaunch some of our most appreciated ONE OFF wines: #3 (orange/brisat), #6 (sweet dessert wine), and #7 (Blanc de Noir). In addition, we will introduce a new flor-aged exclusive wine, in the style of sherry.
We look forward to welcoming more visitors, sharing our work, and allowing even more people to discover our wines. Going forward, we aim to stay attentive, curious, and continue growing as we learn more.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us—customers, distributors, and the entire Bell Cros team. After seven difficult years, we now hope for seven good ones. ONE OFF #7 is back

Bell Cros is doing what we once promised never to do: ONE OFF #7 returns. The ONE OFF series was created for wines made only once, but its success made it impossible to let #7 remain a thing of the past. The first edition sold out at record speed and was praised by both customers and critics. We now launch ONE OFF #7 Extended Limited Edition – the same idea, the same style, the same exclusive character.
The 2025 vintage is produced in exactly the same way as before: an elegant Blanc de Noir made from 50% Garnacha Negra and 50% Carinyena. Gentle pressing keeps the must pale, while the grapes’ aromas and structure create a wine with fruitiness, elegance, and a subtle creaminess.
It is a wine with broad gastronomic range – just as comfortable with fish and seafood as with Asian dishes, poultry, light meats, charcuterie, vegetarian dishes, salads, pasta, and cheese. And not least: it is just as enjoyable on its own. A wine for every occasion.
Will this edition also sell out quickly? Perhaps. And if so, we may have to rethink things once again. When something turns out truly well – why not repeat it?
For now, wine lovers can keep enjoying it. And if demand once again takes off… well, history might just repeat itself.

Bell Cros among Catalonia’s Top Wines of the Year

We are proud and grateful that seven of our wines have qualified and been awarded in La Guia de Vins de Catalunya 2026, one of the most respected and influential wine guides in Catalonia and Spain.
All received 9.50 points or higher – a level that marks the highest quality and grants entry to this prestigious event.

This is a strong confirmation of our efforts to establish Bell Cros as one of the top five wineries in DO Montsant.
Every day we strive to craft wines with personality, balance, and joy – wines that reflect our terroir and our dedication.

Among our wines, ONE OFF #6, our sweet red dessert wine, stood out, receiving the highest score of all our wines in the guide.
This wine has also been greatly appreciated by our customers – especially by Sigge, its biggest enthusiast. At his request, we have decided to produce a new edition: ONE OFF #6 “Extended” Limited Edition.

L'Addició, La Colina and El Tracte - our black label wines – are more than just wine. They are crafted to blend in, enhance flavors, and create harmony at the table rather than overpowering the meal.

L'Addició, has undergone an exciting development, introduced a new style in the 2022 vintage with 50% orange wine. This change brings a unique, complex character with an added dimension of structure and flavor. With its deep berry aromas and light tannin structure, balanced by the characteristic tannin and acidity freshness of orange wine, L'Addició is now even more versatile, pairing excellently with flavorful dishes like white meats, game, and stews, but also with grilled fish, seafood, and cheese plates.

El Tracte, our very first wine has been highly appreciated since its introduction. With its elegant balance of medium fruitiness and fine tannins, it has quickly become a favorite choice for both restaurants and wine lovers. This wine unites dishes and enhances nuances in both wine and food, making it ideal for flavorful, rustic dishes like lamb, game, and truffle pasta.

La Colina, our newest wine has quickly gained popularity for its elegant balance of fresh acidity and mineral character. This wine has proven to be particularly food-friendly, enhancing lighter dishes like white and red meats, meat stews, grilled fish, and Mediterranean-inspired meals. Despite its youth, it has already earned a very good reputation for its ability to complement food beautifully.
