Bell Cros among Catalonia’s Top Wines of the Year

We are proud and grateful that seven of our wines have qualified and been awarded in La Guia de Vins de Catalunya 2026, one of the most respected and influential wine guides in Catalonia and Spain.
All received 9.50 points or higher – a level that marks the highest quality and grants entry to this prestigious event.

This is a strong confirmation of our efforts to establish Bell Cros as one of the top five wineries in DO Montsant.
Every day we strive to craft wines with personality, balance, and joy – wines that reflect our terroir and our dedication.

Among our wines, ONE OFF #6, our sweet red dessert wine, stood out, receiving the highest score of all our wines in the guide.
This wine has also been greatly appreciated by our customers – especially by Sigge, its biggest enthusiast. At his request, we have decided to produce a new edition: ONE OFF #6 “Extended” Limited Edition.

Harvest 2025 – completed at Bell Cros!

We’ve now wrapped up this year’s harvest at Bell Cros. It began on August 20th with our first Garnacha Blanca grapes for the sparkling Ida & Peter, and ended on October 2nd with overripe Garnacha Negra – the base for our natural sweet wine, ONE OFF #6 Extended Limited Edition.

This year’s growing season has been close to ideal: a dry summer, just a short heatwave in August, and the right amount of spring rain. The first samples show wines with great aromatic concentration, beautiful colour, soft tannins and fresh acidity. In short – lively, fresh and flavourful wines to look forward to!

Our best harvest ever!!!
This year’s harvest at Bell Cros is the largest and best we’ve ever had! We picked a total of 66,143 kilos of grapes, equivalent to about 60,000 bottles of wine – that’s 55% more than in 2024 and almost double compared to 2023.

Our fantastic team – Claudia, Oriol and Albert – have worked incredibly hard through long and intense days. No gym was needed this autumn – they’ve lifted more kilos of grapes than any workout could ever match!

The vineyard work may be done, but in the winery the energy continues. Over the coming month, the must get all the care it deserves – pump-overs, tastings and fine adjustments that step by step shape this year’s Bell Cros wines.


From grape skins to exclusive spirit – our first Orujo is here!Give away a tasteful experience!

Starting a new winery from scratch requires a deep passion for wines and beverages of all kinds. The owners of Bell Cros, Peter and his son Philip, P&P, share this passion. The Spanish counterpart to Grappa is called Orujo, and if you run a winery in Spain, it’s almost a must to produce this traditional spirit. Now, we are proud to present our very first Orujo – a genuine craft, created with tradition and passion. The first production consists of only 248 bottles – an exclusive and flavorful spirit that enhances the end of a memorable meal. We look forward to sharing this unique drink with you – cheers and welcome to experience Bell Cros Orujo!

Orujo is made by distilling the leftovers from wine production – the grape skins. Normally, we use the skins for composting in the vineyard, but now we’ve instead used the grape skins from our gastronomic wine El Tracte to make P&P. It takes about 15 kg of grape skins to produce one liter of Orujo.

The grape skins are distilled in traditional copper stills, where the alcohol is extracted and captured as a clear, flavorful spirit.

L'Addició, has undergone an exciting development, introduced a new style in the 2022 vintage with 50% orange wine. This change brings a unique, complex character with an added dimension of structure and flavor. With its deep berry aromas and light tannin structure, balanced by the characteristic tannin and acidity freshness of orange wine, L'Addició is now even more versatile, pairing excellently with flavorful dishes like white meats, game, and stews, but also with grilled fish, seafood, and cheese plates.

El Tracte, our very first wine has been highly appreciated since its introduction. With its elegant balance of medium fruitiness and fine tannins, it has quickly become a favorite choice for both restaurants and wine lovers. This wine unites dishes and enhances nuances in both wine and food, making it ideal for flavorful, rustic dishes like lamb, game, and truffle pasta.

La Colina, our newest wine has quickly gained popularity for its elegant balance of fresh acidity and mineral character. This wine has proven to be particularly food-friendly, enhancing lighter dishes like white and red meats, meat stews, grilled fish, and Mediterranean-inspired meals. Despite its youth, it has already earned a very good reputation for its ability to complement food beautifully.
